The rooms are generally spacious, modern, and clean, equipped with comfortable beds and large showers; some guests have, however, noted occasional noise and minor issues with cleanliness in some rooms. spacious room lovely staff effective shower awful television scarce toiletries missing fridge
The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Staff were really lovely and helpful!!! The bed was comfy, and the shower was effective. I enjoyed the nice atmosphere in the public areas.
The TV was awful. I wanted to watch late at night. The TV didn't show a guide, so it was hard to choose anything. I also needed a fridge for medication, but there wasn't one.

central location cozy room tea facilities
the hotel is central to the bus and train stations. i found many pubs and restaurants within a short walk. the room was nice and cozy, also a good size. tea and coffee facilities were provided along with a kettle..
it was a little noisy during the weekday due to nearby pubs. this isn't really the hotel's fault though, just something to be aware of.

terrible television average selection
The location was central, it was helpful. The bed was actually comfortable.
The television was TERRIBLE. It didn't show a scrollable tv guide. Instead, you had to pick a number. There weren't many toiletries. The tea and coffee selection was average at best. There was no fridge for medication, and I didn't feel comfortable leaving it at the bar.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast had decent options. The bed was comfy and the linens were clean. I found the bar selection decent too.
The tv was awful, I wanted to watch it late at night. There weren't many toiletries in the room, not much of a choice. I would have liked bottled water in the room, but that is a personal preference.
